In 1993, I embarked on my fitness journey following a successful career in Powerboats, cumulating in the achievement of the World Title in 1989. Driven by a commitment to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I discovered a passion for teaching group exercise and became a fully qualified Les Mills instructor with over 5 affiliated classes by 2007.

As fitness trends developed I included the demand for Zumba for several years until I fell in love with the FITSTEPS programme.

With the importance of Health & Wellbeing in todays world, I have tailored my output into 3 well-rounded classes, 5 times a week, throughout the year for ALL ages & abilities.

I have a wonderful full-time job along with 2 dogs that keep me busy during the day. Adding to the joy, I have the privilege of teaching alongside my twin sister Vanessa who is also a Dance & Fitness Instructor!

While it may be a hectic schedule, staying fit & healthy remains a priority, always complimented by moments of laughter shared with friends!

A class that stretches both mind and body, with the use of tubes and soft balls for strengthening upper and lower limbs leaving you feeling calm and refreshed.
